Delikventní chování u žáků středních odborných škol

The topic of my bachelor thesis is „Delinquent behavior of secondary vocational school students". The goal is to familiarize everyone with the problematic of delinquent behavior between teenagers, describe the most common causes which are the main reason of delinquent behavior of adults. Also to describe consequences of mentioned acts and point out the importance of prevention. My bachelor thesis is split between theoretic part and practical part. The theoretic part is focused to concept delinquention, to factors which are increasing the probability of delinquent behavior, to most common types of delicts. We can find there also the topic about adults who are acting in criminal proceedings like victims of crime. In the end in the theoretic part we will focus on the prevention of delinquent behavior of teenagers. In the practical part is describe the methodology of research, results of quantitative research and their description, discussion and comparing results with the main research question and partial goals. The goal of this work was find out which type of delinquent behavior we can find at high school at the most and what is the rate of prevention against delinquent behavior in high schools. The data were subsequently processed into graphs and were described and explained.

Criminal and delinquent behavior of youth

This bachelor thesis is focused on problems of criminal and delinquent behaviour of youth. Theoretical part is elaborated on the basis of literature and it describes the basic phrases and theoretical concepts due to topic criminality, its etiology and specifications typical for criminal activity of youth. Further attention is paid to the causes, consequences, measures that are imposed on juvenile offenders and crime prevention. The practical part is concerned on results of evaluation research which was targeted to find out if the respondents have ever met some form of criminal behaviour, if they realise the consequences of this behaviour and what kind of opinion they have due to similar behaviour of their peers.

Criminal activities of underage and teenagers of Pardubice district.

Abstrakt Crime is the worldwide problem nowadays. The beginning of crime career of young people is permanently moved into lower age groups. The illegal action of youth is very difficult to detect, prove, investigate and punish. Police, lawyers, politicians, psychologists and not only they but each of us is worried about crime of the underage and juvenile. To find the basis of this problem it is necessary to know its reasons which are considered in our opening to world. The most serious and also complicated eliminated factors are from group of social causes. Delinquency of youth is not able to consider as something special it is a part of criminality as the whole. It is expression of deformation of young man; this deformation was set in the course of his life. The young man has to provoke and draw attention to him much more than forces, which have created the conditions for genesis and existence of the deformation. Prevention of youth crimes should be the activity developed on the basis of protection of local community of people. Prevention, repression or other activities of society should complement together and create organizational viable conception of democratic society. Court of justice can inflict a penalty on juvenile imprisonment (conditional, unconditional, nowadays the imprisonment over 10 years is the maximum penalty for juvenile, forfeiture of property, fine if he is gainfully employed, prohibition on trading, expulsion. In my bachelor{\crq}s survey I hold an anonymous inquiry with the aid of questionnaire about causes of youth crimes and about possibilities of their prevention. Research sample was formed by the inhabitants who live in the Pardubice district. The main aim was to access the view of inhabitants on causes youth crimes and their prevention. And if the inhabitants think about this socio-diseased phenomenon and which attitude they have to this topic.

Regional Differencies in Crime Rates of Children and Adolescents ( A Teplice - České Budějovice Comparison)

Regional differencies in crime rates of children and adolescents (a Teplice {--} České Budějovice comparison) Abstract This problem of crime rates of children and adolescents is very actual in these days, we can read about it also in scientific literuture or magazines. Important is also the lowering age of first time alkohol and drug users. In my project I firstly summarized the most important topic that are connected with this problem such as basis terms, causes and structure of criminality and typical traits of crime rates of children and adolescents and others. Based on the study of specialized literature there are two hypotheses that have been suggested: H1) The criminal activities of children and adolescents young people are in Teplice often than in České Budějovice. H2) The boys commite crimes more than girls. Based on the analysis of datas provided by police statistics and self-report survey the structure and development of criminal activities of children and young people in two Czech regions was analysed. Inference is determined at the conclusion of this work. Current internet sources and available printed literature sources were used by setting the practical and the theoretical parts of this bachelor work. The work could help like a point of view to the general problem of deliquency children and young people and it also could provide basic information about criminal activities children and young people in these two Czech regions {--} Teplice and České Budějovice.

Juvenile deliquency, focused on the situation in the police district called Čtyři Dvory

The work deals with juvenile delinquency, focusing on the situation in the police district belonging to the police station Čtyři Dvory. In the thesis it is analyzed in terms the juvenile criminal code, penal responsibility, criminality, police district department, station department, OOP Čtyři Dvory. Next chapter is focused on juvenile delinquency and its analysis in the police district OOP Čtyři Dvory, comparing it with the rest of police districts in the city of České Budějovice. The final part is focused on causes of juvenile deliquency and its prevention and also mentions possible measures given to juvenile offenders.

Juvenile delinquency in Strakonice district and its prevention

The topic of my thesis is juvenile delinquency in Strakonice district and its prevention. Delinquency is a socially-pathological phenomenon which affects each of us. It is a problem, spread all over the world, at has always existed and it will unfortunately always exist. Delinquency is more serious when it is linked to juveniles because children are our future. The world has been very hectic and we have little time left for children and require a lot from them. We, our society and their environment influence their attitudes. My thesis deals with how are juveniles influenced and how we can fight against it. The objective of my thesis is to outline the development of juvenile delinquency in Strakonice district and to find out about the opinions of professionals who deal with juvenile delinquency and related problems. In the theoretical part I deal with criminogenic factors, which influence juveniles, juvenile delinquency specifics, the highness of criminal responsibility limit, legal measures according to the Act No. 218/2003 Collection of Law, and the significance of prevention and development of juvenile delinquency in Strakonice district. To find out about the stated objective I chose the secondary data analysis and the qualitative research, using the method of a structured interview with open questions. I questioned eight professionals, working in the branch of juvenile delinquency in Strakonice, about their opinions and experience knowledge. During the interview I asked ten questions which were linked to general juvenile delinquency and its prevention. The stated objective was fulfilled. The results of the thesis might be useful for the creation of prevention programmes. On the basis of the research results I would pay attention to a better acquaintance of professionals with functioning prevention programmes.
